Meet The Artist
Khalid bin Mohd Sapari known as KhalidMS was born in Muar, Johor Malaysia.
Graduated from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Diploma in
Architecture. Has been a full-time artist, visualiser, designer (since 2000), and personal
art coach for young talent development as well as therapy for people with special needs
for more than 10 years.
Passionate in art, cultural, heritage, nature, music and travel. In art, he focuses on architectural heritage and nature subject. Base on his experience travelling all over Malaysia, he noticed many old buildings that were abundance and unattended. He was inspired to produce paintings that can ‘celebrate’ and restore the heritage of Malaysian architecture.
As an artist and visualiser he has participated in various local and international art events and projects;
Featured artist for Post Malaysia (2016).Stamp series ‘The Places of Worship’ in Malaysia.
Featured artist for RHB Premier Centre. (since 2018 and now).Collaboration with RHB Bank Berhad to promote Malaysian arts and architectural
heritage.
