Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may choose the following options:

1. Receive store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. Get a refund to your original payment method less a 30% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including all accompanying certificates received with the order (if any). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or it was misrepresented, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, special commissions, limited editions and open editions as they are all final sale. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been altered in any way after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in MYR.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
